Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery for store credit only. To start a return, email forevermore.online1@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Please note: As a small business, we’re not able to cover return shipping costs the way larger retailers can - every order genuinely means a lot to us. We encourage you to double-check our size charts and product descriptions before purchasing to help ensure your items are a perfect fit for you. 


Requirements:

  • Items must be in original packaging and unworn.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued (minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs).
  • Returns shipped after the 10-day window will be returned to sender.

Exceptions:

  • All items purchased with a discount code greater than 10% are final sale.
  • Sale items (including sitewide or promotional events) are final sale.
  • Items returned without original packaging will have an additional 25% deduction from store credit.

Need a prepaid label? We can provide one and simply deduct the label cost from your store credit. Reach out to us at forevermore.online1@gmail.com for help with this!

 


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at forevermore.online1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and/or item so we can make it right. Eligible items will be replaced or issued store credit once inspected.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations. 
If you need to make a change, please reach out to forevermore.online1@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee adjustments after your order has been submitted, our team will do everything we can to catch it before it’s processed!

Lost or stolen items aren’t covered, but if the style is discontinued, we’ll offer an alternative or store credit.
